IRB Updates

Effective Monday, 2/15/2016, all studies conducted at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Salt Lake City are required to obtain approval from Shriners Hospital leadership before the IRB will issue final approval of the study. Documentation of Shriners Hospital approval must be attached to the Documents & Attachments page of the IRB application.
