Consent Templates are Back

You asked, and we listened.

Many investigators and study teams told us they’d like standardized consent templates, and we’re excited to bring them back.

These templates are designed to:
  • Improve clarity and consistency
  • Align with current regulations and best practices
  • Reduce revision requests from IRB staff
  • Make study information easier for participants to understand
We’re starting with a general template that covers consent and authorization forms requiring signatures, and consent cover letters.

While use of the template is optional, we hope it helps streamline both document preparation and IRB review.
