We can create an ERICA account for external users that cannot access ERICA through an already existing account. These accounts are created case-by-case based on an individual's documented need for an account.

To request an ERICA account:

  1. Send an email to one of the IRB Managers and include the following information:
    • Name and email address of the person who will need access to ERICA
    • Name of the institution the individual is affiliated with
    • Name and/or IRB number of the research study the access is needed for
    • The individual's role in the research and/or the reason they need ERICA access

    An IRB Manager will contact you to initiate the appropriate paperwork to secure an account.
