We can create an ERICA account for external users that cannot access ERICA through an already existing account. These accounts are generally limited to individuals working on a multisite Single IRB (SIRB) study and are created case-by-case based on an individual's documented need for an account.

To request an ERICA account:

Send an email to the Single IRB Reliance Team and include the following information:

  • Name, institution, and email address of the person who will need access to ERICA
  • Name and/or IRB number of the research study the access is needed for
  • The individual's role in the research and/or the reason they need ERICA access
