All studies conducted at Shriners Hospital are required to undergo a review so Shriners Hospital leadership can confirm and approve your study. 

What should I submit?

• In the IRB New Study Application, check "Shriners Hospital for Children" on the "Study Location and Sponsors" Page.  
• On the Documents & Attachments page, attach a copy of your Shriners Hospital approval. 

Studies conducted at Shriners Hospital will not be approved by the IRB until documentation of approval from Shriners Hospital is attached.
