Self Assessment

The IRB periodically sends self-assessments out to investigators conducting research approved by the IRB. The purpose of the Investigator Self-Assessment Worksheet is to determine that research is being conducted properly with adherence to Federal Regulations (45 CFR 46, 21 CFR 50, 21 CFR 312 or 812) and University of Utah IRB Policy for the protection of human participants. An IRB Administrator will be available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
