Winter break - IRB closure
In alignment with the University’s announcement and intent of the Winter Break Administrative
Leave to allow time off to rest and relax, University of Utah IRB will be fully closed
from December 24, 2020 through January 3, 2021, reopening on Monday, January 4, 2021.
To help ensure the operations of your research are not interrupted by this closure,
please ensure you have your research applications submitted in a timely manner prior
to the break. Note that many applications submitted in the second half of December
will be reviewed in January. If you have urgent research review needs for December
or January, please contact Ann Johnson, IRB Director.
During this closure period we will not regularly be monitoring email, but as always,
if an emergency situation arises that requires immediate attention prior to January
4, 2021, please call or text Ann Johnson.
