Notification for ERICA Users on MacOS

The IRB has been notified that that there is an urgent usability issue related to ERICA for individuals using Mac computers. ORIS has received multiple reports from ERICA users who use Mac computers and who have updated their machines to the most recent version of Mac OS Sequoia (15.0), that after updating, they are unable to perform basic tasks within ERICA, including: Creating and updating applications, navigating between application pages, and using the Save, Continue, or Exit buttons while editing application pages.

ORIS is currently working to find a resolution for this issue. In the meantime, they advise Mac OS users to delay updating the OS version on their Mac. PC/Windows users appear unaffected at this time.
