Updated IRB Fee Schedule, Effective 10 Feb 2019

 The IRB Review Fees for an Individual Site, which are typically only charged to industry-sponsored studies, have increased.  For industry-sponsored, new study applications submitted on or after February 10, 2019, Fee Schedule 4 will be used.  For all industry-sponsored studies approved before this date, the previously-applicable fee schedules will be used for the remainder of the studies’ activities. 

 Additionally, fee information for Single IRB (sIRB) Review Services for Multi-Site Studies is now available on the IRB website.  Investigators must request a quote for sIRB Review Services in all cases; a fee schedule for sIRB Review Services is not posted.
